Prospects.

I'm not really sure when it happened exactly, but at some point over this week my cheerful optimism about the various job applications i've got on the go at the moment disappeared. I guess it might have something to do with my increasing anxiety about why none of them have contacted me yet. I know that for a few of them they've only had since mid last week to reply (of course weekends dont count), however some have been "open" for nearly two weeks now. I say "open" as from my bitter experience of the past four and a half months, (it really has been THAT long) no positive response by the end of the second week or beguinning of the third leads strait down rejection alley.

All it would take for a complete turn around would be on little e-mail in my inbox from one of 9 possible employers... Just one... Any time around...... NOW! No? Oh well.

Due to the lack of progress in my job hunt i dont really have any comments to make. But for the name of consistency i'll follow up my last posts comment by again say that currently, i think the whole thing is purely down to chance. Luck. Fate. Roll of the dice. Now there is an idea! Ok, on the roll of +4, i will get a reply THIS WEEK which will get me an interview and then a job.

Damn.
